On May 13, Amazon Prime Video announced the global premiere of the six-part series "Modern Love Mumbai." The show will reach 240 countries and territories around the world. The all-new Amazon Original collection, produced by PNC, will feature six authentic and heartwarming love stories set in Mumbai and inspired by the famous New York Times column. The stories are directed by six directors: Vishal Bhardwaj, Hansal Mehta, Shonali Bose, Alankrita Shrivastava, Dhruv Sehgal, and Nupur Asthana.
Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC), which created and produced one of the most-watched outdoor displays of Amazon Prime Video in India, the Emmy nominee "Four More Shots Please", is also producing the Indian version of the display worldwide "Modern Love".
The stories are cast by Arshad Warsi, Pratik Gandhi, Chitrangada Singh, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Naseeruddin Shah, Sarika, Tanuja, Danesh Razvi, Masaba Gupta, Ritwick Bhowmick, Meiyang Chang, and Wamiqa Gabbi. Celebrity chef Ranveer Brar and Malaysian megastar Yeo Yann Yann are also part of the cast. Equally, the music departments will be led by Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Ram Sampat, Neel Adhikari, Gaurav Raina, Nikhil D’souza, and Jeet Gannguly.
