In 2020, during the pandemic, Gagan started Scuzo Ice-O-Magic. He wanted to create a dessert café with live popsicles made from natural ingredients. Customers loved seeing their popsicles made in front of them.
Gagan also developed a special machine that could freeze popsicles in 7 to 8 minutes at minus 31 degrees. This made Scuzo different from other dessert cafés and quickly popular.

Now, Scuzo Ice-O-Magic has over 30 stores across India and employs more than 140 people. It’s a popular spot for dessert lovers, offering gelatos, sorbets, waffles, and milkshakes. Last year, Scuzo made Rs 8 crores in revenue, showing its success.
