About the Founder
The founder of Vision2Konnect Consulting Kanishk Duggal is passionate about building something from scratch and scaling it up, which gives him a greater sense of fulfillment and happiness. He started his career at the age of 20 years with Timesjobs.com (an online job board) (A Venture of Time of India) as an Account Manager - Sales and was catering to the top potential recruitment consulting firms in New Delhi. That assignment attracted him to the recruitment business in the very same year of work while interacting with the business owners and the recruiters working under them.
After his experience in the corporate world for about 10 years, Vision2konnect Consulting was born in 2012. The company is growing at a rate of 10-15% CAGR over the last two years and wishes to expand the team size into a more lean & vertical structure along with the number of clients across industries.
However, the company's major focus has been on the Power / Solar & Renewable energy / Infrastructure & IT Services – PAN India & abroad.
